I purchased Liberty Fortune and believe me it was not worth Rs.2500 that I paid them. The adhesive they use is of low quality I guess and the sole was detached. I usually buy Mochi. When I went back to the R.T.Nagar showroom the sales guy started arguing and wont even listen to what I have to say. Never ever buy stuff from R.T. Nagar Liberty showroom.
Liberty has to take a strong step and ensure their franchise staff is trained well. Its not the franchise who would lose the business. Its Libertys crediabilty at stake if customers are not treated well. I would suggest their top management to hire a training firm- who can impart good customer service and selling skills.
They should be learning from top companies like Adidas, Reebok and Nike. They are all international brands and if Liberty truely wants to go global-.They first should improve the quality and then customer service skills.
