This is a follow up of my(very)bad review of GIBL-Greenlife(insurance agents)and the Liberty Videocon Insurance company, in which I had complained that I was unable to get a refund that was due to me even after more than 50 mails, calls and a threat of making a complaint with IRDA.Finally, out of frustration, I lodged a complaint with IRDA, who promptly sent both a notice.Within a day, I received frantic phone calls[they had earlier stopped responding to my mails]and in 2 days, a cheque was delivered at my doorstep.I shudder to think that, if it takes such drastic action to get a refund, what will happen when a claim is made!Avoid both these organisations.
