Buying experience is bad, non existent cust servc

Unfortunately I purchased a vehicle policy from liberty general recently, my experience. This company is just interested in selling you policy by hook or crook. Same sales team doesn’t even bother to make good their promises. My email id was updated incorrectly, had requested for hard copy, that never arrived. Their website self service is deep down below gutter. First of all I complained about not receiving OTP, their reply was your number blocked(why, who did it? - no clue) told me to register with some other number!


Requested for my email id updation and correction of address through self help.(As while selling they have entered some unknown email and erroneous address in policy.) It has been almost 3 weeks of raising the correction request. No reply or action.


Plus this policy cannot be updated in Digilocker app.


AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY - they are still in stone age in terms of customer service & Technology.


PS - this is only my buying experience. Not submitted any claims with them.
