They do not deliver what they promise and rude ppl

I had browsed the website and registered on librarywala.com due to high costs registration, security deposits etc I did not pay online. Thereafter someone from their marketing department constantly followed up with me and I finally and unfortunately  made an annual payment to them in cash.


My first delivery was ok and was within the 24 Hour period as promised the second delivery request was made on 13/09/2010 and no deliveries were made till 18/09/2010. I called their customer care number on 18/09/10 at 10.30 AM trying to find out what the issues were, I was told the customer care reps had not come in till that time (10.30 AM ?????) and my contact number was taken and was assured a call back ASAP. As usual and as to be expected no one bothered to call back and I had to call them at 1.30 PM. The gentleman who picked up the phone was very rude and said that the delivery would only be made on 20/09/2010 and I could do what I wanted to do and sue librarywala if I wanted.


After a verbal dual I was rudely told that I should return the books that I had currently with me and my amount would be refunded, when I told the person that if someone was coming to return the books why could that person not carry my cheque with him this guy has the temerity to turn around and say that the money would be thrown on my face when I returned the books.


BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. Would anot advise anyone to fall for theit trap.
