I am a member of librarywala.com. I absolutely love the service and the condition of books. When I received my first pack of delivery it was packed neatly in a good plastic bag (though a paper bag would have been better) it was like I received a gift from a friend.
The customer care is very warm and helpful(Thank god there are no answering machines and options like press 1 or 2 etc). I was facing the same problem like the others have mentioned i.e. - books were in circulation always. I then talked to their customer care and they gave a very good solution for the same.
I have a plan which allows me to borrow 6 books in one month but I can keep only two books at a time , what used to happen is that when I did not get the books I needed I would order an other one, they made me understand that the books in my queue go available and issued to somebody else b’coz I did not have a slot empty ( I has two books with me at all the time) now I order for the book I want to read & if the other one is in circulation I queue them up, so what happens is when that book gets available it gets issued to me automatically (this usually happens within three days ). So I get the books I want to read.
