I had taken up membership with Librarywala.com around a year back and have been a member because my colleague at office had suggested me too. They were running a corporate stall at our premises and as reading was a guilt factor I was trying to cover, I took up the service with the sheer idea of maybe, picking a book or a two when I could.
Started with Rs. 139 plan for 1 month. But the books collection of theirs is great. Some good books, costly too, are a part of their collection which you can read at a sub-standard price which is a fantastic offering. I had my time by catching up on some legendary authors, romantic novelists and tried some new books too.
The customer care is decent to talk with. Confident and well-trained as they guide you through the procedure of registration and further queries, extremely well. I am amused at the way the whole mechanism must be functioning at their office, as being an IT personnel myself, a successful startup venture in the industry keeps me interested.
I think giving them a try is definitely worth it, for once. I hope to continue my pleasurable experience with them.
