I joined after hearing a few positive reviews, but was extremely disappointed. The service is poor. I don’t get books for 2-3 days after ordering on website.
The books I want are always in queue even after a waiting period of more than 2 months, and I do check the status quite regularly. The customer service person is discourteous and rude, the worst part is the automatic renewal system, that is just fleecing the customer, they don’t have the books you have yet they renew your plan, the delivery person comes only to collect the money at the right day , I had once ordered a book, the delivery person came after 5 days.
They don’t come to collect books even though you have indicated on the site you are done with them, , , , had good things about the web site but my personal experience has been extremely extremely painful... and yes I really don’t think they have all the books they claim to have ...they probably wait for a book to queue up and once in demand they probably purchase the same. Hope the owners take stock of the situation...an online library is a great concept if executed well....but don’t run it the way librarywala is run.
