I have a bad experience with LICHFL actually they were advertising in news paper for house/plot loan.I thought being a goverment body that should be fair enough.But intially they move my loan file so fast.
I was impressed but later on they start delaying the disbursment of loan infact the story beging first I notice they have aprove my loan for 15 years while I was looking for 5 years.
I raised the concern with LIC agent Ashwani he was so rude that he threw my papers and said Take loan from elsewhere, I was shocked that my payment’s last date is near and he is saying like this.Somehow I manged with that guy.
After few days I again enquired what is status of loan then agent told me you need to come office for company profile, literally they were asking the last three years turnover of my current company all profit loss information.again I was helpless.somehow I manged that.then next day I contact to the agent about thte staus of loan he said cheque is ready and so on.
hen I directly contact to the LICHFL office they told me that ur document is incomplete and you need to submit some more document.I was pissed off but no way again I submit that document with them in this procedure my payment’s last day was only 2 days far away .Again before last due date of my payment I contacted to the LICHFL office they told me that your guranter verification is not done.You can imagine my situation and no one one is ready to provide any information to me.
So just writing down so that you people can also ahve the idea about LICHFL and that agent Ashwani as well.
