I had bought a home Loan from this company around 12 years back. Their portal is the worst I have used amongst the financial services providers. You will never be able to reset your password as the requests will never process. OTPs will never come to your mail id or phone number. Also they are quickest in increasing the ROIs and will never reduce the rates unless you give a request and necessary payment is done. But these rates are not guaranteed and they will again increase it. No transparency at all. No-one will pick your call if you call their branches..!!
I think you can buy the share of the company as it knows how to exploit a customer. But don’t become a customer. There are much better companies out there
