Every moment I regret taking loan from LICHFL. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. Whenever there is an increase in interest rates they implement the next moment, but whenever there is a dip there no action. The high rate remain. It’s a vicious circle.
They do not even allow anyone to pay part payment online. Being so primitive they expect the customer go to their office and give a cheque or DD.
