I have availed a housing loan from your LICHFL for a total amnount of 9.5 lacs.The processing took too long time with the agent giving one or the other excuses.
After a month or so the loan got approved and it was disbursed in two parts one with a cheque of Rs 9 lacs and other with Rs 50, 000. The cheque had(deliberate) mistake in my name and the correction of which took more than 3 long weeks. To my surprise, the EMIs started even before I received the second cheque.
Now I have been receiving multiple reminder messages on my mobile saying the loan amount is due.The SMS has one mobile number(900800xxxx) to contact Ms. V. Shubashini, every time I call her, either the number will be busy or doesn’t answer the calls.
Finally I took a mobile number from LICHFL website of the Area Manager, P.S. Anitha Kumari. Even this person didn’t reply the phone call.The agent has been telling me since a month that he would be sending his person to collect the cheque for the due amount, but the day has never come.
