I applied for loan at LIC HFL Indira Nagar, and I got loan sanctioned with in 2 weeks based on my eligibility, and there are some issues in valuation of my property done by valuer(due to his personal reasons with builder, the valuer valued this property at under cost, instead of 2700 psqft, the property valued with 1500 psqft.)
Immediately I met the area manager and proved the wrong valuation, by providing other sale deeds done for the 2700 sqft, and immediately he escalated the issue to Regional Manager, then RM ordered for re-valuing the the property by some other valuer, then after 2 weeks, I got the loan cheques for Rs.31, 00, 000.(10.7% fixed for 3 yrs. If area manager and RM not helped , I have to go to DHFL with 12.5% Interest rate), Thanks to them, my money saved.
