Poor customer care and claim settlement system..

Hi Friends! Life Insurance Corporation of India(LIC) has a poor claim settlement system and customer service. I had purchased a money back policy(Jeevan Surabhi) long back and my money back of Rs. 20000/- was due in dec-2017. When I did’t get it even after 1 Month had passed, I started inquiry through customer care. Most of the time phone was engaged or there was a call drop in between. Then I mailed my grievance to customer care through portal. After next 20 days of follow up I could my money back amount into my account. The whole process became so troublesome that I would not recommend anyone to go with LIC.
