I’m a customer of LIC since 1992. In my opinion the only advantage is that we can show our savings to Income Tax. Disadvantages: -the some percent that I will pay will goes to the LIC agent and the company. And remaining amount that we will gets taxed.Guys I suggest you to go for public provident fund( ppf) .In my experience ppf is good for middle class people like me.
