This is regarding very poor - handicaped facility of LIC customer login due to bellow given 2 points.
Customer cannot switch there fund allocation online for that you have pre-historic facility of visiting brach office. For this obsulute facility I loss lot of money. If I had know this never invest in LIC.
You don’t accept credit card payment.
Even yesterday born insurance co. provide these facility to there customer and it is a pity that LIC cannot provide it. Shame on you.
