On 28-05-2020, at around 10.50 a.m., I had
visited LIC’s Dombivli (W) Branch, so as to
alleviate me, to deposit my Yearly Premium
Cheque.
As, I popped in, I approached a Lady
Employee, who was present at the Exit Gate,
&, apprized her, the said verity. In a trice,
she contumeliously notified me, to deposit
the Cheque, towards the opposite side of
the Branch, which is positioned at the
Ground Floor, as, the said Office pertains to
LIC. When I elucidated her the precise
reason, she explicated me, that, due to
Corona Virus, the said Office has been
shutdown.
At the outset, I would like to asseverate the
aforesaid female Employee, that, she had,
indubitably, NO authority, to vocalize the
above-mentioned vexatious & unchivalrous
vowel. Also, I would like to unwaveringly
assert her, that, she should ameliorate her
tone of voice. How dare she expound such
sort of impudent tone ? I, too, would have
retaliated in the same vein, but, in view of
the veracity, that, she is an Employee of
LIC, I kept mum on the matter. Didn’t she
had the etiquette, to convey in a deferential
manner ? If NOT, it would be befit on her
fraction, that, she seal her appalling way of
behaving, &, memorizes the cardinal
didactics, as, how to have a colloquy, with
me. I vehemently objurgate against her
egregious deportment, &, flippant vowel
sound.
Thereafter, having proceeded towards the
said Branch, to deposit my LIC Cheque,
I was in the waiting Line, since, the queue
was humongous. As, I handed over the
cheque to the Female employee, within a
span of few seconds, the said Lady
caddishly specified me, to move around.
As regards, the aforementioned Lady
employee’s impertinent & insolent parlance,
I would like to steadfastly encapsulate her,
that, she should meliorate the dialect of her
tone phraseology. How dare she utter such
sort of malapert tone of voice ? I, too, would
have proliferated my vox in the same
manner, but, in view of the verity, that, she is
an employee of LIC, I was placid in the
matter. Didn’t she had the manner of
speaking ? If NOT, it would be apt on her
fraction, that, she comprehends the
fundamental precept, as, how to have a
conversation with me. I resolutely castigate
her irreverent demeanour & saucy tone.
Furthermore, let me accentuate, that, LIC
has been instituted, so as to simplify it’s
reverend Customers, to acquire their task,
in a nonpariel & unrivalled manner, &, NOT,
for the discourteous & incivility vowel, &,
obnoxious & unblushing comportment,
of the aforementioned Female Employees.
