LICHFL - LIC Housing Finance Ltd. is a good choice to get home loan. Because it is very easy and reliable. Document verification and approval takes fastly. Percentage of interest was comparitively low at the time of our application. They charges a minimum percentage of loan amount as service charges.
At first we approched a nationalized bank for home loan. The bank collected all our documents including title deed without an application form. charged some rupees for legal steps. After 45 days denied the loan without reason. Then I turned to LICHFL. I contacted them over phone and said my original documents are in bank. They accepted originals and sanctioned loan.
More over after demonitization they contacted me and 1 and half year EMI period reduced. Its a good experience.In my personal opinion it is the easy and fast way to take a home loan.
