Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed the chickens discolored appearance and unpleasant odor. It was evident that the product had passed its prime and was not suitable for consumption. This was not only disappointing but also a health concern.
Furthermore, the packaging itself seemed questionable, as it did not provide proper insulation for the frozen products. The chicken was partially thawed, which raised concerns about its safety and freshness.
I contacted Licious.in customer support to address my concerns, but the experience only worsened. Their response was slow, and it took an unreasonable amount of time to receive any resolution. Even then, they offered a mere apology without a concrete solution or compensation for the subpar product I had received.
My overall experience with Licious.in was extremely unsatisfactory. I expected better quality and service when ordering through their app, but I ended up with old, potentially unsafe chicken and unresponsive customer support. I would caution others against ordering from Licious.in based on this unfortunate experience.
