These people are providing frozen meat and promoting their product as fresh . I have ordered 3kg of chicken after waiting for 2 hours atlast I received and when I checked the expiry date it shows it will be expired in 2 days . I called up for customer service and explained him entire story and asked for refund for the unused meat as I cant consume entire thing in 2 days. After that he says that’s ok the chicken will not get spoiled even after expiry date . I was shocked listening to such a thing. It is highly unprofessional to sell the frozen meat and by claiming fresh and also which is expiring in 2 days and giving worst customer service. They are also saying that a customer should consume the product within 48 HOURS ONLY . I would say it s all waste of your money and energy . So NEVER BUY FROM THIS APP.
