This is regarding my order id jy883wj7 dated 18.7.2019. I had placed an order for two items- Country chicken & Prawn medium. In the first place, you delivered the incorrect item which was returned. The next day you delivered but with only one item -country chicken. I wrote an email to remind you to deliver the second item Prawn medium but so far I didnt receive any response. I spoke to your customer care executive at length today and hoping the issue will be sorted out soon. This was supposed to be an express delivery. Unfortunately, I had to go through this ordeal. Im a regular customer of licious, so hoping you will sort out this issue and also compensate me for the inconvenience.
