I have 10 policies with this worst company. Due to my change of job the policy premiums were unpaid for more than 1 year. Since my previous employer used to cut the premium amount from my salary & pay it to LIC . I accept here its my mistake I have to inform this to LIC for change od job.
After informing they told me to undergo meducal tests & submit the report for revival of my policy. For this also they took seven days for saying this. They made me walk round & round from one officer to other for their silly services. After aubmitting the report also they took 10 days for reviving the policy but as per their timeframe it must be completed within 3 days. After paying the premium one policy premium got rejected & the amount fot debited to my bank account. Don’t know why it happened.
Their customer care department is also not bothered about this. Worst service ever had from such a big firm. Also they are not giving me the Bonus Paid Statement under my policies nor they sending sms alerts for premium dues.
