You either love it, or you dont appreciate it. Let me explain. Ive observed two completely opposite opinions over Life is Beautiful- That man (Guido Orefice) lied to his only son! And about such a disturbingly serious time! How could a father do that to his only son? They made a joke out of the holocaust and its state at that time. Everything told to his son: LIES!, and my other observed opinion(including my own), The job of a father could not have been thought out any better. Maybe in a different way, but this father loved his son, and thout every minute about what the future held for him. This truly is family, a family man, a real man: one who dearly holds peace, love, hope, and faith. This example truly is the real demeanor of a human being. Here here. grins with glee I would also like to comment on Guidos (Roberto Benigni) quick and cunningly sharp way of thinking. Observe his instant turns on how he thinks and acts swiftly. Its truly impressive, attractive, and witty of him about that certain part in his character. Oh! And the boy... his wife. What else could one want in life but a loving family. Truly, you feel this if you can weave through knowing the characters, the challenges they face, the hope they keep breathing, and the love they share. I myself cherish this movie highly and give 100% credit to every person who took part in making the film, Life is Beautiful. When you see it, let yourself go; you will laugh, or stare, or cry, or just tear a little...no matter, its whatever you get out of it, and youll feel warm inside once you finish it. If not, then hey, not everybody likes everything; unique and beautiful go differently for different people.
