I was using dettol handwash before using lifebuoy handwash . Then one time shopkeeper told me to use life buoy , he said that it is better than the dettol but when I start using it on hands . It got irritation and dryness in my hands , my hands became hard by using it regularly. Then I frequently changed my soap to dettol . One thing I like in this soap is the fragrence of the soap, it smells very fresh after using it and it also cleans hand nicely but not gently. Overall I dont like lifebuoy handwash because it makes my hand very dry and rough.
