LifeCell_CS is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
While I don’t have any complaints of product offered, but the way I was offered this product through marketing gimmick, I shall never recommend LIFECELL. Infact I recommend Cordlife or Baby cell over lifecell, atleast they don’t offer false promises. LIFECELL offered me babymoon package of club mahindra worth 20K as part of package which we could never redeem as there were issues & same was highlighted to Lifecell. They never bothered to reissue us new voucher or compensate equivalent amount till date. We complained 6 months ago & till date call centre says they will come back. Pathetic service. They cheated us. I will anyways take this forward with MCI & other governing bodies. Regards Vishal 9930756675
