I am a customer of LifeCell since 2011 and for year 2024 renewal they sent an email with link for payment wrong CRM Code which contained wrong email id along with my email ID. Due to this, I made the payment based on the link received from Lifecell customer care and the payment got credited to wrong CRM Code. Though I realized this after making payment and raised multiple ticket to Lifecell Customer care on the same day, even after a week(till date) no resolution provided and they keep sending SMS stating due to non-payment my account is under suspension.
If an orgnization cant even maintain the details of CRM Code with right emails for a customer who is taking service from last 13 years, how we can trust this organization of maintaining the product with right details. It is so pathetic that these organization calls themselves as professional.
So, my request is to avoid such companies who cant even maintain the basic details of a customer who are taken service 13 years back.
