LifeCell_CS is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have opted for the LifeCell for storing my baby’s stem cell banking, as soon as I came to know that this product is not what I was looking for, I requested then for cancel the service.
They did not reply at all, after a few days I got a reply mentioning that I will need to pay then 7500/- to cancel it. I am surprised to know that a company charges you this much amount for no reason.
My wife’s delivery is still two months away, and I am not able to figure out what they charging for. I have raised their complaint in consumer forum and then later I will go for consumer court.
