LifeCell seems to be a good brand, but after buying their product I get to know their truth.
Actually a sales executive is always a face of the company, and if any sales executive is doing any commitment then its on the behalf of the company.
I bought their product in May, 2015 but my friend whom I refer bought the product in April, 2015.
My sales executive promised me to give referral bonus for my friend irrespective of my registration is post dated to my friends registration.
But after waiting for around 3-4 months, I did not get any benefit.
When I talk to Customer Care, even they were not interested to fulfil their sales representatives promise because company policy says one cant get referral bonus if referred person is already a customer.
I might agree to this, but then why false promises by sales executive? Only to cheat the customer?
Did not expected such things from such a branded company.
