Very disappointing with the service from LifeCell International. We decided to store our baby’s stem cells together with them, hoping for a reliable service. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but.
Communication was poor from the start. The sales team was quick to promise, but once we’d signed the contract, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone for further questions. We were kept in the dark about key aspects of the process, causing us a lot of unnecessary stress.
When we tried to contact customer service, we were met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. It felt like no one was really interested in addressing our concerns. Even basic information about the storage plans was not clearly communicated, leaving us anxious and frustrated.
To make matters worse, there were hidden fees that were never disclosed up front. We only found out about these additional charges when we received our bill, which was a rude shock to us.
