I went to Lifeline hospitals, Chennai on 12th Feb, I paid 380 Rupees as a consultation fee and I expected a better consultation but to my disappointment it was the same, the doctor gave me exactly 90 seconds, I dint even finish explaining my problem and she was half the way writing proscription, She was in so hurry to send me off, she literally said "OK thanks" for couple of times, I went there for my dandruff problem, the least I expected was to check my scalp, If I have a get a dandruff shampoo I would have went to a medical store and asked or read health forums.
All I expect from a big multi specialty hospital is a really good care of patients but I was really disappointment with the Dr Amudha’s treatment.
