I purchased a 3 seater sofa on 29th July, paid in full and was promised delivery on 8th August. Let alone delivering, no one even bothered to call and inform the status. When you call to find out about the delivery, no one even know what’s happening. I have spoken to at least 6 people and each one says they will get back to you in "2 minutes" and does not respond after that.
With great difficult I got the number of the "Customer Support Manager" (KHAN) and got a promise of delivery on 20th. Again no response. Today I have been trying to call the customer support land line, mobile phones. No one even picks the phone!
Just stay away from store like this. You can definitely find much better products on Infantry road and will be treated like a King, not to mention the far lower prices. We went here because someone gave us gift vouchers. Never will be step into this store again. Better to support the local entrepreneur than these idiots!
PS: I have recorded all phone calls to these people if someone wants to listen.
