I purchased apparels from Lifestyle Gopalan signature mall Benningahalli on 9th November for the amount of Rs 5402/-.
I was impressed by seeing the offer which is "PURCHASE OF Rs.5000 and get 1200 gift voucher free" I had a intention to purchase only for Rs 2000 but later changed my mind to purchase for 5000 because of the offer, but after spending 3 hrs of time, after my enquiry during billing I came to know that the GV valid is only till 13th Dec 2015 which was not mentioned in the notice. When I checked with manager he was giving answer WHAT I CAN DO. As a manager he don’t know about the offers.
I was very upset about the offer and the answer received by the manager.
They are cheating the customer by giving fake offers and it’s kind of pick pocket stealing directly from customers pockets.
