Lifestyle is located in the quest mall located at parkstreet. When it was newly opened it was much better in quality and customer service but as it is gaining popularity everything is detoriorating. Be it the variety or price or the offers.
Recently there was this end of season sale stating flat 50% off everywhere in the hoardings mails and messages but they are very clever because 50% was given only on the in house brands. They just fool customers so that tgey can attract them. Also the offers on other brands these days are so minimalistic and give offers only if you purchase a larger quantity like buy 3 and get 50% and this is one of the maximum discout given because others are on purchase of 5 or more.
When complained about this the cuatiner service people at help desk make faces as if they are doing us a favour by selling products. I had recently gone to quest mall and none of there staffs are aware about the offers going on. I had choosen a product and wanted to know the discount because it was not specifically mentioned anywhere. The staff did not know amd told to go to billing counter. At the billing counter they were indifferent and told to customer service help desk. At the help desk they again told to go to billing counter. When complained they called the help desk to confirm if we are lying and after gettimg the proof again they told us to wait in a long queue.
This is the service that they provide harassing customers and humiliating them. Being such a big brand this kind of service is not at all expected. Also the discount that they first told was a fake one. First they told it is on 50% and on confirming it was 30% so they just fool customers in the name of higher discount so that the customers purchase and do not check the bill after purchasing.
I have to think twice now before going to lifestyle to be humiliated and cheated by them.
