I became member of Lifestyle holidays for 3 years by paying Rs 70000 in 2023. I wanted to avail 3 days’ holiday at Udaipur from 16th to 19th December 2024. I informed them more than 1 month in advance and got assurance from both Syed and Heena that booking will be done. But even as my journey date was nearing, there was no word from either of them. I called them almost every day and was promised that booking will be done in time. But both of them stopped accepting my calls from 13th onwards and didn’t communicate me anything. They neither made any booking nor sent any confirmation and I had to make alternative booking on my own spending my own money. All through, we were under lot of tension due to the non-booking of accomodation.
It is very clear that lifestyle holidays is a fraudulent company and has embezzled the public money. I am contemplating filing a case in Consumer Court.
