I bought a casio-G shock on May 2, 2015 worth Rs 8, 500 and within 25 days, the display was not there in the watch.
Although while buying the watch Lifestyle promised me that the G-shock is the best brand for the rough and tough use but I am visiting and calling the outlet to fix the issue and now I am like a beggar to them.
I bought that watch for my child and he is still waiting for his watch to get fixed and is also very sad. Inspite of being a loyal customer to the brand I am facing such kind of irresponsible and shameful response from "Lifestyle".
When I went to their outlet, they are asking for INR 2900 more to fix the problem. I cannot even understand why the hell should I pay to them for their faulty product. My regular shopping expense with lifestyle is around INR 25, 000 and now I think that being a loyal customer to a brand is useless.
Ill personally suggest to all those who are reading this post, please never visit lifestyle or any of their outlet, as these people are really faking and selling the faulty products to the customers and making fool of them.
