Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit this Mall. I visited earlier to assess the Ponds Counter. I had spent a couple of hours there. The overall ambience of the Store was quite good. Availability of different products was also good. The discount offered was worth it. Parking was quite spacious. When you are moving inside the Mall, there is every possibility that you may knock down the crockery/glass products.I wish they are placed at a level, where the kids are not able to reach them.
These items are so precariously placed, that we almost knocked down a few of them. The total area of the Mall was quite large, and it takes quite some time to cover the whole Mall. Why can not they provide a place for sitting and take rest? One can not be expected to be on one’s feet for a long time. There were some Sofas and Chairs, but the were all placed there for "SALE ". Decency prevents us to use them for relaxation. I suggest the Management to provide a place in a corner, where Senior Citizens and Ladies with infants to relax and take rest for some time. May be this may result in better footfaals !!
