It is formed by people who talk nice but beware they are cheat. They claimed to be well educated but once they get money show their true colour.
I got their reference through one of my close friend.
My experience with them :-
In the process of quotation Sourav shows ply sample of 19mm. In practical they have given ply of 16mm.
They promised to call me while cutting the ply and show. They never called me and never shown me the ply and it was of very poor quality.
They promised me to complete interior by 15th October, 2016. After that every day they started telling 2 more days. Never completed my work. I was forced to move in the flat with heap of garbage on 31st October.
Even after that they did not complete the work. Suddenly Sourav and Varun vanished. Fanatic call no response.
While working they talk sweet and take more than 90% by hook and crook and fled.
I had to go for a different carpenter to complete work after 2 weeks of no action. This time they never received a single call.
They didn’t complete a single unit properly. My kitchen was half done. No chimney, no wash basin, shelves are not done. Very poor fittings.
My TV unit was not done. Just few empty boxes.
Crockery units were such a poor condition one can not think of completion. Had to be dismantled.
Wardrobes doors were not done.
I used Architect with a few. Varun & Co. has changed the partition and design on their own to maximize profit.
Some channels they used Hettich in my presence. In my back they mostly used local channels.
They do have few unskilled carpenters whose finishing is pathetic.
They have not even fixed drawers properly.
I must say they had a good painter who paints good.
For my book shelves they have changed the design and made it pathetic. Though they left it incomplete.
After getting around 90% hey vanished and have not responded.
These people are big liars. They run their business on false promise and cheating.
Anything you say Mr. Varun says done. Rest assured it will be never done.
Even my bathroom mirror box was designed for 30"X18".
What I received is 20" X 10".
Made my house a dump yard and vabished. Initially both Varun and Sourav says coming Today, Tomorrow ..... like coming on 10’o clock, then 1PM, then 3PM and then vanished.
After getting almost full money have shown their colour. Just took Rs. 6.6 Lakhs from me and vanished from scene.
Their one day work never ends.
Be aware of this cheat company. Once they get good money they will show their true colour. It could be only themselves who can give good rating to this company. They are good for nothing and blood sg people.
