I wish I could give no stars. Paid extra for expedited delivery ( says on website 5-8 days) . When not delivered, I contacted the customer services department, who were completely useless - just kept telling me to wait. In the end I went and bought the item I needed. The parcel turned up 8 weeks after ordering, and when I had already had to spend on another product anyway. No point returning it, as I’m sure I would have cost me more than the product cost! Very misleading on delivery times, will never bother again. Just don’t use this company.
