We booked a TT by paying Rs.18/KM which is way above the general fares. We still went with it, seeing the reviews in the website. The reviews are fake and actual customers are not allowed to post review in their site.
Till the last day they had not finalized the cab. I had to call continously 15/20 times on the previous night before the trip, when they picked up the call and told they are sending the driver number. So basically once you pay the advance payment you are trapped.
They arranged a cab which generally is used for day up down for some offices. From the driver I got to know that he was called last night whether he can go for a trip outstation and as it was a holiday he agreed.
The TT was a old vehicle with full diesel smell in the cabin, many of our passengers were vomitting throughout the trip. The headlight was not working, due to which we had to finish our site seeing before it was dark on first day. Second day the driver managed to repair the headlight. Sometimes the TT wont start, so we had to wait till some people come and push the TT to start.
Even we paid a higher fare the AC was turned off for 600 kms out of our total 900 kms trip. There is no customer service no one to listen to you at all. So my suggestion would be to stay away from this booking site, if you dont want to spoil your trip.
