Here is something I want to share. I have been a regular customer of limelight in indiranagar for over 2yrs now, and probably will not be anymore! Let me tell u about a wonderful experience I had last weekend. I took my son for a quick haircut. As soon as I entered, there were hardly 3 people availing treatments and most of the barbers were free & chatting in reception! Strage fact, the person in the reception asked me to wait & disappeared.
I clearly heard one of them saying that they wouldn’t do a haircut (What are they in business for???). After waiting for about 40mins, some1 came for my child. And things started going worse. The barber was so rude & finished the cut in 5 mins, without cleaning him peoperly! When I came to settle my bill in the reception, surprisingly the person asked me about my "experience". I answered, but the guy could never understood me, when I said ’great’ in a humorous manner! He was so passive in listening to me and was busy in grooming his beard!!! And the most annoying part is, every time you will see a different owner or manager! At least the previous person had etiquette and was friendly enough!!!
Anyway, if you believe in good service quality and comfort, ’limelight’ is a forbidden land!!! Its getting the worst service paying a bomb!!!
