HELLO DEAR FRIENDS . I’m writing this review after I had a very very hectic and disgusting experience with limeroad.com I had placed an order for a pair of shoes which was priced Rs 499.00 excluding shopping. However I didn’t find it good and initiated a return and refund. To my utter surprise this seller doesn’t have a return pickup! Anywhere I returned the product with proper packaging and paid Rs 250.00 for the return courier. I emailed the customer service department with the courier receipt and tracking id. Unlike other e-commerce portails, they don’t entertain an acknowledgement to a user’s grievances even after the item was received at limeroad’s warehouse. After following up nearly 3-4 times over email, I was replied that the refund will take 2 weeks and the return courier charges will be refunded in fund of coupons that to be of worth Rs 150.00 seriously. After nearly a month when there was no refund, I tried to reach them again over calls and emails, here comes the quality of actual customer service. Keep calling their support number and rest assured it will never be answered. Keep writing mails none is going to reply. I promise you’ll never get answers to your queries. Next comes the worth part. I received an online refund of Rs 349.00 I.e. less by Rs 150 that I paid for the pair of shoes and there was no refund of the shipping charges I paid while buying. Trust me guys these people are no better than frauds and cheater. They are not going to refund it.
