Limeroad.com is a shopping website exclusively for women.
Their collection is above average. Earlier they had very good collections but now it looks like the site has degraded with respect to quality. I recently bought a pair of sandals and on my first use itself the strap and sole came off.
They have offers like buy 1 get 1 free but when I used that offer, I got only one product and they declined saying that I did not use the coupon code.
Customer care is pathetic and least bothered. They don’t reply to mails on time. Refund took me almost a month which is very disappointing.
Site interface is good and delivery is usually made in 10 days. But no use since their service is worst.
