Hi Guys, let me tell you I am having 10, 000 connections on Linkedin but unfortunately if it is coming to find a Job its getting useless nowdays. Honestly I have healped alot of Jobseekers on linkedin only by sharing there profiles for wat there were looking for. For 8 years of making connections on linkedin for my good sake I found nothing. People are only accepting your requests( HR Professionals) after accepting your request they won’t reply for any of your queries. The worst part, people are much more interested to know how are you what you doing and so on. Seriously? Is that the only thing that we are hoping from a well know professional site. If any of the HR / Consultants is reading this requesting them to kindly co-operate and respond to the jobseekers. And for chit chat lovers - linkedin is not for you for that you have facebook and whatsaap.Good day readers.
