LinkedIn PREMIUM gold badge just stopped appearing

I have been a customer of LinkedIn premium for close to 3 years. Around a month ago, my gold badge just stopped appearing.


I contacted LinkedIn immediately and a person named Ashish reverted saying he would help. A month later, nobody has helped, the case I opened has been automatically closed and LinkedIn is still charging me monthly fees for the Premium Account.
