Cars bought for us not showroom purpose

This is with regards to the Bad Service as well as the marvelous training that has been given to the sales and the mechanics to loot in the name of replacing the parts or oil. We had given our car(2004 Honda CRV AT)  for a normal service, (please note this is the 4th time we have given for service), we had no complaints before but now this time it was too much to handle as the service was pathetic.


The car was given on Tuesday(17/03/2015) where we asked them to change the Auto Transmission Oil and a Normal Service, we were promised that we would get our car within a span of 2 Working Days. We get a call on the 2nd Day, where we were told that our car has a problem and the engine got heated up and shutted down, it has been 2 years since I have been driving the car and I’ve not faced any such problem, but this is not the complaint.


The complain here is giving the car to LINKWAY "HONDA", we get forceful suggestions from the sales staff to go for TOYOTA, moreover we get a big list of problems in the car including minute ones where the problem can easily be solved in a minute and at a cheaper cost but for these people at LINKWAY HONDA replacing the entire system makes sense whereas we have our Friend who owns his OWN GARAGE, where even they’ve even solved such problems in minutes, adding to this LINKWAY has educated mechanics but the still need computers to check how worn out the brake pads were, these people were then telling that the car has to be kept for more days to get it replaced, we contacted our friend and they told its just few hours work, and yes it was hardly 3 hours work, sorry to say but these mechanics at the garage are uneducated but atleast they are highly educated at a car’s knowledge as compared to the linkway showroom, and when we we give a car for service this means the car would be cleaned completely and polished.


We have paid for these service, we got this car with water spray marks in the interior, rear seatbelts removed and under the seat, all the stuffs from the rear compartment and were out, polishing of the car wasnt done. LINKWAY HONDA - this is for you, we love HONDA it doesnt mean that you LOOT customers for small problems by replacing an entire unit, learn from the other service centres like those in Dubai because I was there, you’ll are dealing in an International brand, LIVE UP TO IT - DONT DESTROY IT


RATING(Forcefully given 1 when this particular showroom isnt worth a 1 neither a -1) CANT BE GIVEN FOR THE SERVICE AND THE UNIMAGINABLE BILL THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE PROVIDED US. Suggesting People to go to local dealers who seriously have better knowledge and better resolving techniques and time.
