Tone up ur skin and lips

Dry lips are an indication of lack of water intake. So first thing first. You must make it a habit to drink a minimum of one and half litre of water every day, even if you hate the taste of water you could dilute a little of lemon and honey to give taste to your water or just cut slices of lemon and add few leaves of mint and put them in a jug of water. The flavour is good and helps you to have more water.


Eat fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Fish, eggs and nuts help to contribute in improving the condition of the skin. An application of milk and glycerin applied every night before you sleep will help to cleanse the lips and soften and smoothen the skin.


To make the body skin soft, it is very important to brush the skin with a dry brush to help blood circulation. Make a paste with oats powder, milk powder, yogurt and carrot juice. Apply this on the entire body. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse off. Do this three times a week. This is an excellent exfoliating mask for the body if you are too tight on time. Then just add salt or sugar to olive oil and scrub the body every day. It works like a soap for the body. And also a moisturising and softening agent for the body.


And most of all, a regular balanced diet is very necessary and sleep well.
