Want to Meet A Dentist ???

Mouthwashes are one of the most important and least marketed product to Indian Middle Class Consumer. With the eating habits that we have, Brushing is not adequate in most of the cases. Forget about brushing twice, most of us won’t know how to brush the teeth. All these makes Mouthwash a must, whether we have Bad Breath or not.

Listerine was one of the earliest mouthwash available to Indian consumer. Listerine is currently made in India by Parke-Davis(India) Ltd. under license from Warner-Lambert Company USA.

I myself, have been using Listerine for 7 years now. I’m not punctual about it, but still try to maintain the routine of using it atleast once in a day. Apart from removing bad breath, it also kills germs that causes it. It also removes Plaque and Gingivitis.

Directions to use are given on the Bottle itself, very simple. Its been approved by IDA(Indian Dental Association). It Contains....

Thymol I.P.

Eucalyptol P.Cx.

Benzoic Acid I.P.

Menthol I.P.

Ethanol I.P.(95%)

Tts Caramel in color.

Parents must make their kids use a mouthwash.

Its very safe, even during mouth ulcers. but don’t test that, it gives a burning sensation(though bearable) while having mouth ulcers.

The only problem, is its taste. It bit tough for starters, but once you understand the advantage, you live along with taste. And the glass bottle(85ml) is a bit unsafe while traveling. I heard Close-up have come out with flavored version in plastic bottle. For some personal reason I don’t like Close-up Mouthwash.

At Rs. 29, for 85ml. Its a real good buy

I’m attached to Listerine. You will be too
