The ingredients listed on listerine bottles are menthol, thymol, methyl salicylate and eucalyptol all have an antiseptic effect and I think methyl salicylate also have an anti inflammatory effect as well.
So its a complete oral hygiene product which kill germs and reduces gum inflammation. Just 30 seconds of rinsing, twice a day is sufficient to keep your mouth healthy and fresh.
Posibbly it’s a little intense but its required for long term effectiveness. I was fed up of using those flosses in between teeth but now no worries. Thanks Listerine.
