Lito Sanitaryware has been in the market for a while and I thought I’d give them a try, but I’m so sorry I did. The product was faulty, defective and nothing like what was advertised. The product wasn’t even close to the grade indicated.
I ordered a tap set and it was supposed to be of high quality and durable. When the product finally arrived, it was nothing like what was advertised. The surface was corroded, the lid was loose and the finish was terrible. The tap set was not even close to the grade indicated.
The customer service was terrible too. I called the customer service line multiple times and no one ever responded. I sent them emails and still no response. I was so frustrated that I decided to take the product back.
When I went to take the product back, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. He was not willing to help and was not understanding of my situation. He said that the product was defective and that I would have to pay for a new one.
I’m so disappointed with my experience with Lito Sanitaryware. Not only did the product not live up to its expectations, but the customer service was terrible. I would not recommend to any new person.
