I purchased Livpure Pep Plus RO two and a half years ago. Since then we didn’t face any trouble with this product. The purifier didn’t need servicing for an year after we purchased it. When it did, Livpure customer care executive responded promptly and sent the service engineer to check out the problem. It was an year before one of the cartridges needed replacement. The engineer replaced it and advised us to get an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC). We purchased the AMC and took the yearly contract of servicing. It was affordable and since then whenever we face an issue the engineer is just one call away to help us. I am happy with Livpure RO water purifier.
