My family is using this purifier from last two years and we are not happy at all with this water purifier . It didn’t purify the water properly and taste is also not good. It ourselves stopped working sometimes in between . So we have to call customer care again and again . The style and design is good no doubt . The water leaks and fall from purifier which creates flood in our kitchen . When we call for service they don’t pick our calls and don’t respond to anything . Instead of purifying water I found water more dirty than the normal water we get from our taps .
